When you add much extras in your proposal, the price adds up and it finally turns customers off. This can open chances for your competitors to charge lower than you. My recommendation is to put this movie on your quote but only put 1 DVD copy's shooting and editing. Your proposal should demonstrate that any DVDs or files for their site will be an extra charge. They forget till the project is finished, about obtaining copies of the files.
Speak with your viewer/audience - Your video production isn't about you it is about your viewer. Each question and be relative to your target audience and frame of this video must have this in mind.
What is Your Objective? What official statement is the goal of your video? General info? Advertising and Marketing? Training and Instruction? Entertainment? The only way for your production is to be clear about what you want after they have seen your video, viewers to do.
